Old McDonalds Farm

This past Sunday we went to Old McDonald's Farm in Humble. We met up with Leslie, Mark, and Maddy, and also Cindy, Joey, and Kadyn. We were able to get some pictures of the kiddos in their costumes before heading off to visit all the animals. There was so much to do there, and Alyssa was tuckered out by the time we left. She did really good with all the animals.

Happy Halloween!!

I know we are a few days early, but I took Alyssa to get some pictures done in her Halloween costume. She really wanted to be Tinkerbell...so I had to say yes...lol! She looks so cute in her costume, and I had a hard time picking out the pictures. Here are some of the best ones...I also had gotten her a 1st Halloween outfit.

Standing Up!!

So..there's been a new development in the London household. Alyssa is standing up! She has figured out how to pull herself up on the tables, her crib, anything she can get a hold of. She surprised me last night when she woke up at 3am. I went in to check on her, and found her standing up in the crib looking at me. She hasn't been able to get to a sitting position on her own, but I guess she can now! I can't believe how fast she is growing!!

Sleepy time...

Alyssa is down to taking one main nap during the day. She goes for the long haul...one 3 hour nap midday. There have been a few times though that she will take a little afternoon nap on her daddy before I get home from work. One day...I came home to this. She had fallen asleep on Mark, then he wiggled out from under her. The little stinker slept for 30 minutes like this.

Funny Feet...

Well...since Alyssa is eating so well, she sits at the dinner table with us every night. She plays with her toys while Mark and I eat, then it's her turn. She is eating 3 full stage 2 jars of food a day..the little piggy! She loves everything but peaches, although corn seems to break her out into a rash. So...we're waiting a while before trying that again. Anyways..one night Mark noticed her kicking the tray of her highchair. He looked under the tray...and this is what he saw. She has discovered that little hook that releases the catch, and rests her toes on it. I really do think she's going to be like her Aunt Shelly and use her feet for everything...lol! Just wait till she can wrap presents and hold cards in her toes...ha ha...we love you Aunt Shelly.
