The first Sunday in November had beautiful weather, so we ventured out to enjoy it. We took Alyssa for her first trip to the zoo. We headed back to the children's zoo area in the back. She got to see some deer, a porcupine, otters, an eagle, and even got to pet a goat!! She had fun playing on the slides too. Then we walked around the zoo to see the other animals. Not all of them were out and awake yet, but we did see the lions, bears, monkeys, and the elephants and giraffes. We even got to see one elephangt getting a bath. I think Alyssa had a lot of fun, and we'll definately be going back soon.
